The hottest thing on the Internet is not social networking websites like Facebook and Twitter, but Flickr-the popular photo-sharing portal – and the proof is: it has topped TIME’s list of the best 50 websites this year.

One of the noticeable trends in this year’s list, which was released this week, was on-demand video services, like YouTube, Vimeo and US services Hulu and Netflix.

However, the top two in the list were related to photographs, with California Coastline following Flickr at the second spot.

2012 இல உலகம் அழிய போகிறது …உலகெல்லாம் இதே பேச்சு …….சிலருக்கு பயம்…ஒரு சிலர் இதை வைத்தே பிழைப்பை நடத்திகொண்டிருக்கின்றனர்…புது புது சாமிகள் நான் தான் கல்கி (குஷ்பு அல்ல) நான் கல்கி என்று கூறிகொள்கின்றனர்.ஏற்கனவே  ௨௦௦௦ உலகம் அழியும் என்று சொன்னார்கள்…..எனக்கு தெரிந்து y2k  பிரச்சனை  தான் வந்தது!!உண்மையில் உலகம் எப்பொழுதும் போலவே மக்கள் தொகை பெருக்கம் அதை சமன் செய்ய இயற்கை சீற்றம்…அது போதாதென்று  மனிதனின் றிவியல் கண்டுபிடிப்புகளனால் பேரழிவுகள் என்று நடந்துகொண்டிருக்கின்றன.
சரி நெருப்பில்லாமல் புகையாது !ஏனிந்த திடீர் பயம் !இந்த ஆண்டு அடுத்தடுத்து சூரிய சந்திர கிரகனங்கலாம் .வரலாறை திரும்பி பார்க்கும் பொழுது இதே போல் கிரகணங்களை சந்தித்த பொழுது உலக போர்கள் வந்தனவாம்.அதான் இப்பொழுது பயம்.

“Welcome to Womanhood” speech to her daughter is an epitome of her motherhood.But Leilani is an exceptional little girl with a bright intelligence and an analytical mind which constantly challenges Materena’s knowledge as it taxes her patience.

Hello friends

I am  a Big G’s fan and want to try all the google products .We heard about  hacking the websites emails,SOcial accounts like orkut.Of course Orkut faced a  lot of problems virus infections,spy wares,and often it gives security tips.”.Don’t run javascript in your browser”.I thought  javascripts were disabled completely out from the orkut.But today I encountered another attack..I clicked a community which has  orkut themes javascripts  and dont have any community owners.As soon as  I copied and entered the javascript,prompted to enter my name and asked to wait for 4 minutes….I knew these types of orkut themes r disabled now….But My curiosity made me to run.I noticed my communites  number got increased(owner of the communities is same).His Profile  named lee black heart hacker 18 years old lol:).

It also created spam scraps to the people in my friend list(profile name with the letter  “a”).And with my orkut account with some number  scrapped in a community forum with subject and body ” up”.There were so many people like me .I am happy ..(Not me alone get fooled)lol

One of  the peak irritating thing is  “about me” updated to www.orkutzone.tk. try new orkut vr 2.1…I cannot update,scrap anything with that account.All I get are

“You have temporarily been disallowed from performing this action. Please try again after some time.”

I clicked that site..which has embedded frame ….Don’t fall into these types of proxies

heard about these type of hackers who usually send us password recovery page from 12344gmail  or

gmail reco (or with identical google’s official id.which has a form with old password new password retype….

It has all the links similar to google “create google account” the forms identical to the google forms..but they are fake ones.

I reported it in Google help forums.

Be safe..disable the javascripts in your browser.Dont try these type of orkut themes.

Bye……  soon with some google product’s flaw report and it’s   privacy policy.

ஆனால் முடிவு…புதினத்தில் நாம் ரசித்த முக்கியம் என்று கருதிய சில வழுவான காட்சிகளை(உதாரணம்: மதுவின் கடசி வார்த்தைகள்,இந்தியபெண்ணை திருமணம் செய்ய சொல்லும் வெள்ளைக்காரியிடம் ஏமாந்த ஆசாமி)படமாக்க தவறியது படத்தின் தோல்வி.அலைபாயும் மனம்,அறியாமை குணம்,சந்தர்ப்ப வாதம்,நம்பிக்கை த்துரோகம் மனித மனத்தின் எச்ச குணங்கள்.பாசம்,காதல்,நகைச்சுவை,நட்பு,குடும்பம் இவைதான் மனித குலத்தை காக்கும் புனிதங்கள்.

அது சரி பிரிவோம் சந்திப்போம் தலைப்பில் வேறு ஒரு படமிருக்கு …எதற்காக ஆனந்த தாண்டவம்னு பெயர் வைத்தார்கள்னு புரியவில்லை.

wonderful direction with peculiar  story… Its funny to hear the grandma who wstelling her love life to her daughter ha ha ….. Then you can get sentiments…. sentiments and love all over the movie !!!melodrama!!!!

And anoher remarkable thing was make up chanceless!!!!…..but it pass’d most of bit tests all with screenplay and romance,,,,Brad pitt hmmm ,he again proved his best…. The thing of old baby born with arthritis blah blah who expected to die soon   lastd until his tender baby age….But   healthy baby (gift of lord) to the childless parents ,,,,

baby button who raised by Queeni and became Benjamin….and again  Benjamin button…..nice play what else I  can say…..

Daisy’s  young love on Old Benjamin…and the performance of that character(when she asked to kiss him) was awsome….

The highlight was about that short story about a blind clock maker’s    son death and turned   into anti-clock maker  in the hope that it would bring back those who died in the war  ……and the way they screen played the movie anded up with  the backwards clock was shown in a basement, still working, as floodwaters enveloped the storage room where it was kept. Husband died in his wife’s hand as a baby   hm haa huu  ya finally   it was peculiar case

Heard it got 3 oscars makeup ,direction,and visual effects and many other awards in various fields….

Seven pounds —melodrama I have watched today..I could not figure out what’z going on at the first…car crash scene will with his love…… why what happend to will smith….why he called 911  ??why he was going to suicide ..Why he lefte his beach house  ……what were the flash back scenes….great suspense after the few scenes….I made the film concept:(

A sentimental drama acted by Will smith..proved his versality in acting again.It was released on dec 12 2008….We can’t expect charming will smith here.BUt he looked good in salmon color shirt gifted by Emily posa. but we can enjoy humour  here and there …particularly when he was handling the Duke(vegetarian petdog!!!) nd handling the motel manger…

another character was a jelly fish(poisonous of course)

Moon-Tricolor flag

If things go as planned, the Indian tricolour will mark its presence on the moon tonight (around 8.30pm IST) after having flown

3,86,000km from the earth. The timing of this proud moment has been specially designed to coincide with Children’s Day.
The United States, the former Soviet Union and the European Space Agency comprising 17 countries already have their flags on the moon.

The Indian tricolour is painted on all sides of the 29-kg Moon Impact Probe which is attached to the main orbiting spacecraft, Chandrayaan-1, which was launched on October 22.

The inclusion of the MIP as part of the Chandrayaan mission came at the suggestion of former President A P J Abdul Kalam, a former rocket scientist, during the International Lunar Exploration Working Group conference held at Udaipur in November 2004.

The Indian tricolour has been hoisted on Mount Everest and Antarctica. And now it will be on the moon though it will not be hoisted.

The flight of the MIP on Friday is expected to be a forerunner to the second Indian moon mission, Chandrayaan-2, which will carry a Russian rover and alander slated for lift-off between 2010 and 2012. The crash landing of MIP will help in assessing future soft-landing technologies.

Today   a cool day  of mine…..actually speaking   in madurai  no rainfall  …just drizzling….TCE road looked  poisely!!!!!! Does your Fireofox Say “Java Plugin Not Found” ??

Last night I was trying to install the Java Plug-in for my Firefox. One of my buddies suggested me a website having cool Applets on Maths Physics and Engineering Phenomenans , which made me to try my best to enable the plug-in and have a look at them. When i opened this web page, it said “Java Plug-in Not Found” and gave me an option to install it. I used the link which started the FireFox Plug-in installer, which tried installing the plug-in and ended up saying ” Not able to install the plug-in” and further gave me an option to try installing JRE (Java Runtime Environment) it manually.As I was determined to see the applets the night, I decided to install the JRE manually. It took me to the Sun Java download page, where there were options to select th package I would like to download. There I found the package for my FedoraCore 4, eventually an RPM package, but in a hurry I downloaded ‘binary’ package instead of the ‘RPM’. But as I have previous successful experiences in installing with a Binary source code, I was determined to face the challenge . I installed the package and sought the installation help in the same Sun Java site. I sincerely followed the steps it said, first as an User with Root permit, then logged in as the ‘root’ itself to prevent confusion. The package got successfully installed at the determined location such that all users would be able to use it ( /usr/Java/jre/ ).

Now, as I have downloaded and installed the JRE successfully, I then started the FireFox and went to the site, eager to view the applets. But, still luck hasn’t been with me. Though the JRE got installed there were no corresponding plug-ins in ‘ /etc/firefox/plugins/ ‘ directory. On my LUGC buddy Prashant’s advice finally made a Google for ‘Java Plugin Install for Firefox’ and ended up here. Let me make a brief procedure to install the plug-in, if after installing JRE, still suffer from “No Plug-in Found” problem.

• Assuming that you installed ur JRE in ‘ /usr/Java/jre….. ‘ as I did, then ur plugin canbe found at : ' /usr/java/j2re1.4.2_01/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so ‘ .
• Open the terminal and gain root access with su.
• Go to the firefox plugins directory which will be most probably ‘ /etc/firefox1.0/7/plugins/ ‘ using :
  

  # cd /etc/firefox1.0.7/plugins

• Issue the following command at the shell prompt :
  

  # ln -s /usr/java/j2re1.4.2_01/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32 /libjavaplugin_oji.so

• Now check the firefox plugins directory for the plugin, which would have a symbolic link of the actual plugin you have it your JRE plugins directory, using :
  

  # ls -a /etc/firefox1.0.7/plugins

• If you find the plugin there, Kudos! You have installed the plugin. Now turn on your Firefox and check the site I told you. As I was able to, when you click on any of the applets a separate window wall pop up and display you the applets

Update for Ubuntu Dapper Drake:

There is a few changes when trying the same in Ubuntu Dapper Drake, which I did a few minutes ago. They are,

1. Create a new directory called ‘jre’ within ‘/usr/share/java’ and CD into that directory before running the downloaded file. This will install the j2re within the ‘/usr/share/java/jre/’ directory.

2. Copy the plugin file into /usr/lib/firefox/plugins/’ for global effect and into ‘~/.mozilla/plugins/’ for local effect.
